"LoK's Paladin guide Q"
 
   In his Paladin startegy guide it says...

"Twitchthroe is bugged and does not enhance weapon speed much."

If that is so, why do we see alot of amazons using this for speed enhancement? Or was it a pre 1.05 bug?
