But then I don't have the xpack beta, if that's what you're playing. I am currently building a Defiant, and Akara WILL NOT cough up ANYTHING with +Defiance on it. Oh, sure, lots and lots of +3 charge, +3 smite, etc., etc., ad nauseum. It sounds like you're a high-level character. You're problem might have something to do with an old bug that I found out about reading the advetures of Sirian's Skeletorr. Once you hit clvl 24, you can't get items with +to clvl 1 skills on them. The merchants won't sell them. It's partly due to the formula used for item generation...something like clvl-5/clvl+4 is the range for ilvl, with appropriate affixes for the item. But I don't have the formulas memorized, so I could be wrong. You could always start a low level pally, give him a load of cash, buy one and twink it...if you don't mind low-grade scepters, that is. |

Hmmm... that could be. The problem is that I'm trying to find this: (dream item) Priests (+2 skill) scepter of Quickness (+40%)
+3 holy shield
+3 smite
This is going to suck if I can't find items that have both level 1 and level 24 skills on them.

You've forgotten:
+3 Conc
(or +3 Fana, if lvl30 skills are available on scepters).Anyway: Can Scepters with slvl1 and slvl24 skills drop or not? |

I see a lot of +smite. Must be bad luck or something weird that doesnt happen to everyone.
