   what's a good min/max damage on an exec sword?

and at what level should i be able to start using it...

i imbued an exec sword, with a max of 100 damage, and gias, but no -reqs, so i won't be able to use it for 20 or so levels (i'm at 30 now)... but now i will start looking for +str/dex items...
