Would you happen to know if the Enchant bugs-1/3 dmg for ranged and no fire mastery bonus still exist in the expansion?

Enchant is helped by Fire Mastery in all cases except one. If you cast Enchant on a target other than yourself, and that target uses a ranged weapon, then that weapon will not get the Fire Mastery bonus. In this case, the target's minimum and maximum damage will be increased only by the corresponding minimum and maximum amount of damage according to the current slvl of your Enchant.

The spell description says that ranged weapons receive only a 1/3 bonus. This is correct, even though the Character screen will erroneously show (for example) a bow as benefitting from the entire damage range of Enchant.
