The Lurker Lounge uses EnterTheGame.com's IRC network for its chat system. The best way to chat at the Lounge is to use the mIRC Chat Client or other "fat" (client-side) clients available all over the web. Highly configurable, they provide a superior chat service if you plan on using the Lurker Lounge chat room regularly.

Just point your chat client to irc.enterthegame.com, ports 6667-6669, and connect to channel #LurkerLounge.

However, if you can't download a client or just want to stop by quickly, you can use a java-based IRC client by entering your nickname in the box below and clicking on the Chat! button. The client will open in a pop-up window. Agree to the certificate and wait for the client to connect to the server and authenticate your computer.

To privately message someone in the chat window, type: /msg UserName Message. To quit, just close the window.
