I have molten fury . . . Ignite triggers . . . first tick is before 20% . . . second tick is at/after 20%. Is the second tick adjusted?
I.E. Ingite triggers for what would be 200 / tick ... first tick is 200 ... is the second one 200 or 240?

200. Ignite is no longer affected by anything other than the size of the initial crit. It wasn't always that way, but interactions with imp scorch/CoE/various boss debuffs were causing Ignite to scale wildly out of control.
