If you shift loot mobs occasionally the loot will bug and you can get double the money by actually clicking the loot. I've seen gold appear where loot was too once in awhile as well if the loot window was closed and there was an object to loot.

I've seen this. I think it's random lag. And, I've never been completely sure if I actually *got* the extra cash.

Usually I'm not sure either I just hear the "clink". In this particular case I looted, then click looted the money. I wasn't watching my current money but the log says I got it.
