Do gems with a +spell damage component, for example "Glowing" and "Runed", really provide +spell damage and healing? Or is the bonus +spell damage only with no +healing?

Thanks! I went with Glowing (damage and stamina) for my priest. Her meta choice is stamina and stun resist.
