A question regarding the two "Attack Power" bonuses on it: Is the "+30 Attack Power when fighting Undead" stat added to the base "+20 Attack Power" stat (resulting in +50 Attack Power when fighting Undead), or does it count just by itself?

I'm now the proud owner of an epic quality item, the leather "Gloves of Holy Might"
A question regarding the two "Attack Power" bonuses on it: Is the "+30 Attack Power when fighting Undead" stat added to the base "+20 Attack Power" stat (resulting in +50 Attack Power when fighting Undead), or does it count just by itself?

It's added (+50 AP for undead).
