I don't know if this is weird at all... but i thought psychical immunes were
supposed to be found in nightmare an hell difficulties only.

I found one in act 2, i think it was unique monster, black logust or itchies...
A cloud of flies anyway!

as i said i'm not sure if this is weird at all... i just haven't seen anykind of psyhical immunes in normal difficulty before...

Nothing weird about it. As long as a monster has 100% or more physical resistance, it's PI. This happens a lot in nightmare/hell, but it can happen in normal if there's a stone skin boss with high base physical resistance.
