TLDR version:
flask requirement for unlocking the Cauldron recipe reduced from 10,000 flasks to 1,000 flasks.
Requirement for unlocking the Big Cauldron recipe reduced from 25,000 flasks to 3,000 flasks.
A pretty major change.
