Do you mean upgrade crappy sets to better sets? Orupgrade pre-1.10 set items to their 1.10 equivalent?
Eitherway I reckon the answer is no. If it was doable I wouldn't be sat herewitha load of useless 1.09 IK stuff :D

The answer's no. You can only upgrade uniques and rares.
