First thing would be don't go with chain lightning as your hybrid skill. Even with the synergies it is dodgy and without them it is total crap. If you utterly have to drop 60 points in the lightning tree make charged bolt your secondary skill. Keep in mind that it is almost a melee skill so is dangerous in hell but it looks really cool.
Step 2: Acquire and train a monkey. This step may take some time.
