The change to MC is strange, but the key for me would be whether the aggro on MC has been reduced. If a mob can be taunted off me after MC breaks, then that'd be fine. If it can't be, then yeah, I'd end up using MC even less. :-/
The rest of it sounds fine. Looking over the other classes, it looks like all of the high-end buffs require reagents now. I suspect that these reagents will be available in a shop somewhere like most rogue poisons. So, in essense, this seems like little more than a minor money sink. It'll be neat to see what these new race-specific spells are like.
So looking forward to tracking down horde scum with Track Humanoids... :-)
