Belief entirely and 'believing it will show up within the next three months' are so far apart...

The no-content issue is why I'm going to let my subscription and wait a couple months to see if they actually start hitting off content patchs. The lag and server problems seem to be server specific, but a rising problem nonetheless. I don't even know if the server I'm on is gaining in population, but the lag issues are getting weirder and weirder.
