You're right, of course, that this is a fighter's set.  But it just doesn't seem like a particularly *good* fighter's set.

No disagreement here on the "relative value." Not everyone is as +skills focused as the general bnet population. Some of the runewords out there that just blow things away.

Also, CB is great in certain environments. It is not the all purpose wonder killer it was pre LoD.
