So the problem is with my cable modem.
It's still happening Tuesday night, so I started running some diagnostics. Checking my cable modem logs, it's showing that I keep losing my synchronization.
The following log is in "reverse" order, e.g. the latest entry is on top. The first set of numbers is a date/timestamp.
