What exactly did you expect to get from a button that said "Reset Quests"?
I'm confused here. It seems pretty self explanatory to me.
I expected that if you reset quests, you will be ABLE to do the storyline again, but won't HAVE to do it again to get to the last boss of the last act. Also, this would be particularly idiotic if I weren't able to get to Act 5 once the expansion comes out without replaying the whole game. Still not sure about that one.
There is a big difference between having the option to do something and to be forced into doing that something.
