A summary of 4.0.3 and the Hotfixes.

One thing to note is that Stormwind (and I assume Orgrimmar for the Horde) now has cooking and fishing daily quests available. Both of the dailies reward 1 or 2 skill-ups in the appropriate profession. The cooking quests also provide a new cooking type of currency that can be used to buy Cataclysm recipes that range from 450 to 525 skill. The fishing quests provide a bag of fishing treasures (which so far I've only gotten near-worthless stuff from) which I assume will be similar to the bags you got for the fishing daily from Dalaran. All of these dailies happen in and around the city where you get them, so there isn't even any need to go flying across the world to get them done.
