I agree. Even if they could download at midnight (let's go with eastern for sake of ease), that's only 15 hours. You can't tell me that you could have completed the game in that time period *and* saved the galaxy considering what Bioware has said. The main story arc in both ME 1 and ME 2 took about 20 hours each without considering the side quests (which probably added between 50% and 100% to the time making the game from 30 to 40 hours on a single play through). I think Jester is right.
