This is what I currently wear with my warlock for FR, it does gimp me a bit in the damage sector (-120 shadow dmg compared to normal gear), but all other stats are almost the same.

To be optimised here and easy available to any guild doing MC/Ony, would be an Onyxia cloak (22FR with enchant) and felheart horns (10FR + 20FR from libram), which would help lots statswise, so that I could change some gear back for +dmg gear. Add to this the ability to use a felhunter if you are demonologist, and you will get another +60FR.
