If Bnet is constantly crapping out on you, you may want to consider logging in to Blizzard's FTP site (ftp.blizzard.com)
Patches for D2C and LoD are available, the D2 patch weighing in at nearly 10MB, while the LoD patch a slimline 5MB.
As of this moment, no one has bothered to update either the Blizzard or Battle.net websites with this information. Boo-urns.
Edit: Ugh, sorry. I just read about the FTP link on another thread after posting this. Sorry for stupidly adding to the 1.10 thread hysteria. Admins/Mods, do what you will with this post.
