Have any members heard about this game? I've been reading a lot of positive reviews about this game and am thinking of getting an early release on Steam. If I do get it, I'll post my review here, but I'm fickle with both my finances and free time, so I'd like to hear reviews from others first before making the plunge.

I'm not that big a fan of 2D Zelda-like scrollers -- however the code hacking part is the coolest part. I fear total open hacking of stuff would get boring once you figure out how to make yourself god like, and your foes wimps. I was really into
RobotWar by Silas Warner. If it were more like that, I'd be most interested. Also, later I moved up to
