I've lost count of how many times I've answered this in General chat but you get a quest in Westfall (otherwise known in the Tal household as hell-on-earth) to take a package to Stormwind for Osiric Strang. His location is given to you when you accept the quest to go down to the Gryphon master as being in the Limited Immunity shop in the Old Town district of Stormwind. This doesn't carry over to the next leg of the journey which is to fly to Stormwind.
