Priest bugs and exploits

Undead priests have a race-only spell called "Touch of Weakness" whose spell description says, "The caster's next damaging melee attack will cause X additional shadow damage and reduce the damage caused by that target by Y for 2 minutes." (italics mine and the values for X and Y depend on the rank of the spell). It's a great spell, and I love using it. But I started using it even more once I realized it works with wands, too! So, it turns out that an undead priest doesn't have to run up to his or her target to afflict his or her target with Touch of Weakness. One can safely "cast" this spell using one's wand from a distance.

Frankly, I hope it stays this way and this "bug" becomes a "feature."
