Question about magic find.

I have about 150% magic find, but my druid's bear is the one actually doing the killing. Does the MF apply to his kills as well?

Whenever a minion (summoned being or merc) makes a kill, the effective MF is the sum of their MF (0% for the grizzly) and your MF.

This is absolutely correct. Unfortunately, the opposite is not true. So if your magic find is 150%, and your hireling or minion is 50%, if they kill something, it's 200% chance. However, if you kill it, it's still only 150%. Something to keep in mind.
