In my opinion, they did a good job of making things manageable (I was always able to use the AH or bank when I needed to so I think people exaggerate the problems they had) but still ensuring that it felt like the status quo in WoW was under assault. :)Or they should have allowed the players to clear the bankers. I had cured other NPCs just fine, but wasn't even allowed to touch the bankers. More times than not, it was the NPC zombies who would infect the bankers when I was around and NOT other players.
