A bug i mentioned in the 1.10 beta announce thread, probably belongs here instead:
"Apparent synergy bug: The bonus to Bone Armor from Bone Wall is listed as +15% damaged absorbed... but the actual effect (at least on the skill tab) is +15 points per level. Since Bone Armor itself only gets 10 points per level, and a mana cost boost, getting more than one point in BA actually hurts, at least until you've maxed Bone Wall and possibly Bone Prison. Even if it were +15% you'd be better off with more BW than more BA at some point (I'm guessing this is how it works with most/all synergetic skills--get more points in high-level skills, even to use the low-level ones? seems to for necro bone tab)."
Has anyone noticed any other skills that aren't worth boosting at all due to their synergies being wholly better?

Quote:(lemekim)Charges are still a killer to repair...have you tried the repair cube formula on a charged item(Ort + weapon or Tal + Armor)? If it did charges it might be worthwhile, at least for crazy high-end stuff.
Quote:(AssA)Also, it seems Conviction on boss monsters became a bit too powerfull, a Convicted imp dropped my defense to -4000 :blink:It might be that they just fixed the Conviction display on the character sheet, it used to be wildly incorrect (at least for resists). Although I thought the way Conviction worked it never gave negative defenses, hmm.
