Looks pretty comprehensive Gnollguy.
All 3 of the Onxyia head-turn in rewards have fire resistance:
- Dragonslayer's Signet - ring - 10 FR
- Onyxia Tooth Pendant - neck item - 10 FR
- Onyxia Blood Talisman - trinket - 15 FR
Another trinket is the Hyper Radiant Flame Reflector, made by engineers (18 FR).
I didn't see any wands listed but the Crimson Shocker (random MC drop) has 10 FR.
And for the sake of completeness, its worth mentioning librams and enchants:
Libram of Resilience - 20 FR to either head or leg item. Requires Crystal Spire, Black Diamond, Burning Essence (BoP item from the Dark Coffer in BRD) and 30 gold.
Flame Mantle of the Dawn - 5 FR to shoulder item. Available for purchase from the Argent Dawn at Revered reputation.
Enchant Cloak - Fire Resistance - 7 FR to cloak. Commonly available enchant.
