I see it this way:
There are two options why many women need to apply their hands to come, or have for that matter never experienced vaginal orgasms (as stated by many polls and investigations):
- a] This myth doesn't exist, because there's far to few evidence for it. This is the theory that represents the point of view of Kinsey and co.
- b] These sexual altitude flights are not widely known, because most men don't manage to bring their girls such a thing as a vaginal orgasm. How should they, though, nobody ever told them (I think that's quite likely).
