This is just a quick question. If you were to put two items of Trang-Ouls on your sorceress, it would give you +18 to fireball. This may be good in any fire sorceress build. Would this not work?

You'd only get +3 fireball.
oskills (that is, skill bonuses not limited to a single class) only give a maximum of +3 to the class that owns the skill.

This may be good in any fire sorceress build. Would this not work?Aside from the difficulty of finding pieces in the set, and the obvious utility of trading them to a Necro (bone wall + fire wall = helpless, dead monsters; bone prision + meteor = helpless, dead monster; dead monsters + corpse explosion = screenfuls of dead, dead monsters), there is still the problem that having 2 pieces requires at a minimum clvl 49 (torso + gloves). So while +18 to fireball is well and good, a level 49 Sorc is unlikely to be completely in awe of it, given what she is fighting and the other options/needs she has. A fire wall Sorc build, however, might still be interested (+13, clvl min 62) as might a meteor Sorc (+10, clvl min 65). YMMV. In any event, it certainly is a fun toy, as the chronicles of Gunther show. edit: ah, a plus 3 limit. really? Man that's incredibly rude... give away uber skill levels to every class but the one that "owns" the skill (e.g. Call to Arms).
