Damnit, I should know this: Zeal base frames?
#1
I do know that the base number of frames for each zeal attack is 6 for 1handers, but two questions:

1) What's the base number of zeal frames for 2handers (or thrusters for that matter)?
2) I'm pretty sure zeal has a start-up and a cool-down pause. What's the base number of frames on these pauses, and are they affected by ias?
Great truths are worth repeating:

"It is better to live in the corner of a roof
Than in a house shared with a contentious woman." -Proverbs 21:9

Than in a house shared with a contentious woman." -Proverbs 25:24

Roughly speaking Zeal consists of one attack at the normal speed of the Paladin's regular attacks followed by some sequential attacks at half that speed

Eg: 8 frames, 4, 4, 4, 4 for level 4 or higher Zeal with an attack at 8 frames

Fuller details are here, all information based on 1.09

Since that information is not covered in the linked thread:
The minimum frames for Zeal are 5 for 2H swords or 2H thrusting weapons, and 6 for 2H slashing weapons.

You can just use this calculator:

To calculate the "start-up" frames just use the normal attack.
