Hey. I'm having trouble with the avatar and signature. I found an image for each but when I put in the url it just shows a box with that annoying red X. How do I fix it so it shows the right picture?

I can't give you any help here. It's a problem with VillagePhotos. Do they allow off-site linking? Is the image passworded?

You'll probably have to source the images from elsewhere. I'd recommend copying them and uploading to webspace of your own. That way you won't have any issues that spring up from stealing someone else's bandwidth.

villagephotos is a host who's entire intention is to allow people hotlinkable storage space for images.

Of course, if you're actually nabbing the link from someone else's account who keeps using their day's bandwidth,
or are using the gallery link, not the one you're told to use
that could be your problem
