First, assuming you're looking for info on DII, instead of Diablo, I'd suggest posting in one of the forums for that game. Second, I'd recommend looking on the legacy Diablo II site that Blizzard still hosts to see if your question is answered there. If not, then I'd suggest asking a more specific question that we could help you with such as: "is there a crafting formula to create a charm with +x strength and...?" The lurkers are a lot better at answering specific questions than general ones.
