In an upcoming patch, the requirement for rolling a DK to have leveled a different char to 60 will be removed.

My youngest son will be so happy. My elder son plays toons on Silverhand, so no troubles rolling a DK. But, my youngest plays on a 2nd WOW account which has no level 60 chars yet.
