Found out by accident my Mil ID card expires on the 8th - had thought my enlistment ended in Jul/Aug timeframe. So I decided to stick my neck out there for another 4 tmw:D, only bad part is I take time away from my temp job w/ no pay.
next up , get off my lazy butt and take the test for Msgt:P

Kinda surprises me -- I thought a normal enlistment was for six, or have they change that? So, how many more, you lifer?;)

Depends on branch and role, but for the most part it's four. Some jobs require six, some nine.

It is 2 4 or 6 - this will take me to the 26-27 year mark roughly:)... 10 are active, rest is reserves , so I guess that makes me a lifer :D
