Does anyone know the difference?

Here I get a item from www.thottbot.com,

http://www.thottbot.com/?i=27442

with the attributes of
+10 Fire Resistance
+15 Resist Shadow

From the explanation given by Blizzard:

The second chance to resist is based on your resistance score and the level of the caster. The higher your resistance score in relation to the level of the attacking caster, the higher your average resistance percentage, up to a maximum of 75%.

I wonder which attribute above is the Resistance Score, while the other one is Resistance Percentage?

Those two stats mean the same thing, other than one being fire resistance and one being shadow resistance. Those both just add to your resistance level/score; neither of them is a resistance percentage.

I imagine that item is just another sloppy typography job on Blizzard's part.

After a cursory perusal of some items it would appear that "+x _____ Resistance" always indicates a fixed stat and that "+x Resist _____" indicates that the resistance is a result of the item's suffix. Items with no suffix only use "+x _____ Resistance".

So, may I say the wrist I mentioned has only one suffix "of Shadow Resistance", while the attribute of +10 Fire Resistance is the fixed attribute of this rare item? And howerver the resistance is expressed, it only says the Resistance Score?
Sorry, I don't know clearly how to identify the attributes of a item by its name. I just only estimate it with my experience of Diablo2.

And here I get another item on thottbot
http://www.thottbot.com/?i=27479
It has a "+14-15 Resist Arcane" attribute, which is different from lots of other uncommon items with attributes of fixed number, such as this one
http://www.thottbot.com/?i=27483
Does the prefix or suffix show randam number or a definite number as it does in Diablo2?
