Black Hawk Down

I just picked up the game Delta Force: Black Hawk Down. Does anyone here play it? The multiplayer is fun but just like battle net it is hit or miss when trying to join games with people willing to work as a team. There are several clans/teams online but most seem to require experienced players only. Does anyone have any info on teams for newbs (...not noobs)? I have been searching online for several days and have yet to find any.
