Max Mana

What is the equasion to find the max mana for a necro is version 1.10? I assume it will include Energy and level. Is there anything else? Also, where do the plus %Max Mana bonuses come in? Thanks.

SM = Starting Mana
LB = Level bonus to mana
clvl = character level
EB = mana bonus from each energy point
NE = Natural Energy (without bonuses from items)
SE = Starting Energy
MBQ = + mana bonuses from equipment
MBQ% = +% mana bonuses from equipment (in percentages)
EBQ = +energy bonuses from equipment
MLBQ = + mana per level bonuses from equipment

(SM + LB * (clvl - 1) + EB * (NE - SE) + MBQ) * (1 + MBQ%) + EBQ + MLBQ

Note that I am not 100% sure where the +energy bonuses come in, I just read that they were figured after +%mana bonuses. I know from testing that +mana per level comes after +%mana (unfortunately).

So, for a necro,

(25 + 2 * (clvl - 1) + 2 * (NE - 25) + MBQ) * (1 + MBQ%) +EBQ +MLBQ
