Disappearing Avatar

My avatar and the image in my sig have both suddenly disappeared, replaced by a red x o'death and "User Posted Image". Both pictures are hosted by FreePicHosting, and were still there when I checked a minute ago. What's gone wrong?

Seems like a temporary 'net hiccup as you have both now. And I have noticed in the past that your avatar and/or sig file will be a broken image but will load up fine in another thread.

Now my sig looks fine, but my avatar is still MIA. I just downloaded a new one, basically identical to the old one, 63x63. Barely within limits, but within. On FreePicHosting. Theoretically there should be no problem.

EDIT: Now it's working.
