As far as left-hand stuff: the only thing I'm using my left hand for is to press control to modify mouse clicks for the 2 trio of keybinds.
So, my binds in beta were: (default/mine)
right/left unchanged
1 = middle
2/3/4 control-left/right/middle
I was used to this from WoW, as I used modifier macros on my keybinds, and I used <key> clicks as one of my things when healing with clique.
So, since I'll always have my mouse in my hand in D3, I just made it so I can touch control on the corner of my keyboard when I need to, rather than 1234.
YMMV, of course.
As far as classes, they're all going to be clicky.
