Especially true in a situation like driving, where you don't just put yourself at risk.

When I was younger, I was a terrible, terrible driver. Although, I never caused any accidents, I still drove "like a bat out of hell". That changed once I had kids. Now, I'm just a bad driver, like most people. I make mistakes, but I'm trying to follow the rules.
