It seems Scotland is the most violent place in the west and they do it with out guns for the most part. I Found it ammusing that some one thinks "knives" are the problem.

Wicked, deadly little knife. I own several, wear them with my kilts. I have one like a ginsu knife, one swipe and it can cut a can in half. No sawing.
